Roldy JOSEPH, whose family is originally from Artibonite, was born in Saint-Marc on May 2, 1991. Roldy JOSEPH studied medicine at UNIVERSDAD TECNOLÓGICA DE SANTIAGO (UTESA) in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. In May 2018, he defended his medical doctorate thesis. He then obtained a master’s degree in public health from the UNIVERSIDAD POPULAR AUTONOMA DEL ESTADO DE PUEBLA (UPAEP) in Mexico. Later, he enrolled at the Spanish Academy <<CTO>> and passed the exams as an aspirant for the medical residency in orthopedic surgery. He performed his social service at Sainte Thérèse de Hinche Hospital in 2022. Dr. JOSEPH assumed the role of chief physician at the Clinique Béthesda foundation in 2023 and service physician at the PUBLIC HEALTH ORGANIZATION and taught la santé communautaire à (INULACOPSA and à ENIASM à Saint-Marc for students graduating in nursing sciences).
